Store Credit Refunds:

Refunds will be issued as store credit for the same amount as the original purchase price. The refund process will begin once the returned goods are received and checked by our team at sales@mangges.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after confirming that the return meets our criteria.

Return Conditions:

Items must be in their original condition, following the guidelines below. These do not affect your statutory rights.

If an item is returned within 30 days of receiving it, a full refund will be given in store credit for the equivalent amount paid.

Items must be in their original packaging, unused, in saleable condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or a printed email receipt.

Cash refunds are not available at this time.

Applicability:

This policy applies only to ready stock items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
